Legal Missions
Centre Local de Services Communautaires (CLSC)
To offer first class health care and modern social services, as well as health and social services of preventive or remedial nature, readjustment or reintegration services to the population of the territory in which it serves.

To ensure that persons or their families are connected, their needs are evaluated, and they are provided with the necessary services within institutions, or in their own environment such as schools, place of work, and their residence. If necessary, direct them to organizations and/or people that are able to give them assistance.

Conduct public health activities on its territory.

Hospital
To offer diagnostic services as well as general and specialized medical care.Centre d’Hébergement et de Soins de Longue Durée (CHSLD)
The Centre offers temporary or a permanent alternative living environment that provides service of accommodation, assistance, support and monitoring, as well as readjustment, psychosocial, nursing, pharmaceutical and medical care to adults who, because of functional or psychosocial autonomy loss, can no longer remain in their own home, in spite of the support of their family.

Centre of Readjustment: Customers of DI-TED Only
The centre offers adaptation or readjustment and social integration services to persons who, because of their physical or intellectual handicaps, their behavioural, psychosocial or family difficulties, or because of their alcoholism or other drug dependency, request such services as well as services of accompaniment and support to the family of these persons.
